Join Diana Beldeanu for a meditation session to connect to your breath, find your energy and tap into gratitude. This 30-minute mindfulness session will help you recharge and find some relaxation in your working day. No prior experience of meditation is required and you can join in from home or work.
This event aligns with Sustainable Development Goals 3 (good health and wellbeing) and 5 (gender equality).
